Recapping the 2022 Oscar Winners

Well, the Oscars definitely happened! If the only reason you heard about them was from the “slap heard ‘round the world,” you definitely aren’t alone. However, aside from Will Smith’s minor upset of the event, many actual awards were given out to deserving films and actors who need their stories told. If you somehow managed to miss the Oscars on Sunday night, check out the list below to see who took home one of those silly little golden men. If you don’t want to find yourself in an “entanglement” on your next Bumble date with a film bro, be sure to review the categories and winners before yelling, “cut!”

Whether the 2023 Oscars could ever top this year’s showing, the world won’t know until next year’s probable disappointment. Let’s just hope next time it’s a full-on WWE brawl as opposed to a schoolgirl slap-boxing tournament with a weird sprinkle of Amy Schumer. Congrats to all this year’s winners, we never would have expected such a landslide, but well deserved!
